Jim has more than 25 years of experience in the aquatic and leisure industry, spending the last 20 years consulting to local governments and universities. His strength is his understanding of day-to-day operations and his ability to incorporate practical knowledge into high-level strategies. He is passionate about equitable access and use for all aquatic centres regardless of age, physical capability, and socio-economic background.
